03. Quoting & Contracting

• Detailed Quote: After gathering all necessary information, Playvanta will provide a detailed quote outlining the cost of materials, technicians, design, installation, and any additional services like site preparation or customization.

• Final Agreement: Once the client agrees to the terms, budget, and timeline, we sign a contract to formalize the partnership and establish milestones for the project’s completion.

04. Site Preparation

• Site Survey: Our team conducts a thorough survey to evaluate ground stability, indoor measurements, and any structural considerations. This ensures the play area can support the equipment and that the design aligns with the space's dimensions.

• Permits and Compliance: If required, we assist the client in obtaining any necessary permits for construction and ensure that the project complies with local building codes and regulations.

• Clearing & Preparation: The site is cleared, levelled, and prepared to accommodate the equipment. This may involve groundwork, flooring installation, or preparation for soft surface materials like rubber flooring for safety.

• Safety Considerations: During the design phase, we prioritize safety standards to ensure all play structures comply with international safety regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, ASTM, and EN1176). This includes proper spacing, cushioning, and accessibility.

06. Equipment Supply
